I finally decided to give this blogging thing a try. I discovered that the most difficult part of having a blog may be finding a name. I wanted something clever and catchy... but those were all taken! I settled on Lucy Jane Antiques, which is the name of my antique and home furnishings business. I sell out of the incomparable Lucketts Store in Lucketts, Virginia. This blog will let you know what it's like to be an antique dealer and retailer .
